500ml bottle found at an IGA, pouring a golden colour, lightly unfiltered with transparent particles running through it. The white head lasts a decent time, light traces of foamy lacing and a thin coating stays on the brew. Earthy nose, Bretty with sourness. The taste shows the same, but the sourness shines with puckering action. Not too much though, but quite nice. Hints of pear and apples in this one. A decent Brett-sour, earthy brew that goes down easily.

(500ml bottle from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours lightly hazed medium gold with an average white head. Notes of smooth wheaty cereal base with quite sour lactic bite, moderate hay-like Brett funk, light pit fruit, smooth soft wood, green apple and pear notes start to pop up in the middle to finish and continue into the aftertaste. Light to medium bodied, soft to moderate bottle condition type carbonation. The pear in this is pretty subtle but it's a nice wild ale all the same if a bit on the pricey side.
