(950ml growler from BG18e) Pours opaque peach-salmon, basically papaya coloured, with flecks of dark fruit pips, just a few stray yellowish bubbles emerge as it settles and a carpet of fruit on the glass. Aroma is punchy papaya-led fruitiness with a strong blanket of musky floral guava and some sweet ripe mango in the background. Flavour is light sweet and light lactic tart with lots of papaya up front again, musky floral guava definitely present, mango sweetness and slight piney dank pops up towards the finish and combined with vanilla rounds out the sip by balancing the yoghurty lacto. Light tart fruity guava/papaya aftertaste. Full bodied and thick, basically flat. Excellent smoothie, definitely on the less sweet side but great fruit flavour and texture, good juice!
