(473ml can from the BG18e brewpub) Pours opaque dull grey-gold with basically no head and a small number of pear floaters/black flecks which stick to the glass. Aroma of sweet heavily vanilla-soaked pears with a little citrusy floral accent, the vanilla is so heavy it recalls chocolate a bit. Flavour is mid-sweet and lightly lactic tart, vanilla-heavy with moderate pear and basically no banana, some lightly grapefruity/lemony lactic tartness, a little acetone? that I often associate with pears, vanilla-sweet finish. Light bodied and watery with basically no carbonation or smoothie fruit presence, slight pear graininess at glass' end. Packaging fail here, the flavours aren't bad but this is no smoothie and the banana seems to be lost. Other cans are apparently solid banana.
