Biere de Mars | Dry-hopped ale with Citrus and Spices
Here Comes the Sun is a light orange colored beer reminiscent of an Oregon sunrise. It has mild aromas of citrus, grass, hay, and flowers. Light bodied and crisp, Here Comes the Sun is perfectly refreshing for the warmer months to come. We dry hopped the beer for some extra aroma and there are 5 different herbs and spices added, but you’ll just have to drink it to find out what they are.

Hazy, thin head. Light tan colour. Sort of a peachy, fruity note. This has a light bit of phenols, a touch of sweetness. Too phenolic, and that takes away from whatever brightness they were trying to express with this one.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of farmhouse yeast, some esters, and light earth. Flavour is dryer, with farmhouse yeast, light earthiness and moderate spiciness. Doesn't quite have the aged character to qualify as an authentic biere de garde, but it's quite a decent farmhouse ale.
