poured a very pale yellow color with a small soapy white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was apple juice, a hint of cinnamon, apple peel and a hint of ginger. The flavor was surprisingly sweet for this company with tart apple juice, a hint of candied ginger, a touch of cinnamon, sugar and lemon. Long sweet and tart apple juice and ginger finish. Medium body. Pretty tasty.
