Bottled. Overpowering sweetness of the nectar and malts made me faintly nauseated. Couldn’t finish it. Not my thing.

12oz bottle. Poured a clear dark golden yellow color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was some grain, light agave, light malts. Some light sweetness, with a little bit of floral notes and some light juicy notes. Crisp finish.

My bottle was made on 08-June-2017 and shows an ABV of 7,0% Crisp clear copper and light peach coloured body with an orange-ish glow and a very thin, off-white head that fades very quickly. Aroma of metal, honey, bitter malt and a lot of lager yeasts. Light to Medium-bodied; Assertive bitter flavour with a lot of honey/agave, some syrup and resin, a lot of earthiness and quite a bit of a metal and biscuity funkiness throughout with a hint of sweetness at the end. Aftertaste has an astringent bitter quality that shows a lot of alcohol, some malt, a little earth, a dose of biscuits and yeast and ends with a little note of hop bitterness as well. Overall, a pretty off-kiltered beer with a lot of bitterness, quite a bit of funk, a tiny bit of sweet characteristics and ending with an earthy, astringent flavour that has a lot of lager yeast and really nothing too exciting here at all. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle pulled from the Adventure Pack Sampler Twelve Pack purchased by my coworker at Shopper's Food Warehouse in Centreville, Virginia on 01-September-2017 for US$15,99/twelve pack, Thanks Tom! Sampled at home in Washington on 09-October-2017.

This comes together surprisingly well for a bunch of elements I didn't think would mix very well like mercury and gold. Crisp finish and a light infusion of agave. Good grain profile and nobel hops. Golden pour. Bottle.
