(Draft at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 21 Feb 2025) Cloudy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of pineapple, orange, passionfruit and mango. Fruity, hoppy taste with lemon peel, grapefruit, pineapple, passionfruit, white bread, pine needles and a balanced citric/piney bitterness. More than medium body, with a slight sweetness. Juicy and refreshing. Nice one.
