Bottle: Hazy, golden coloured, big, slowly collapsing off-white head; mainly citrus-fruit and bananas in the nose, sweet-malt is also detectable; moderate sweetish flavour with a very light acidity, soft MF; mild sourish-citrus-fruity finish with a tinge of wheat. A very tasty Weizen............

(bottle) Cloudy, orange colour with a fluffy, slowly lacing foamy white head. Dusty, sweet malty, moderately wheaty with cloves and banana. Sweet flavour, light body, lively carbonation; wheat-malty taste with spicy cloves right from the beginning and a rounded banana-fruitiness; fruity and clove-spicy finish. Well done.

Bottle. Mild banana and clove aroma. Cloudy orange yellow color with nice head. Nicely blended clove and banana flavor - high carbonation. Nice full body. A very nice Weizen. Also I just heard that this is the Pope’s favorite beer - an interesting bit of trivia.
