Auburn-to-hazelnut, clear, with a small, somewhat creamy, dark beige head.
Rich nuttiness, oily toast and buttercream with big fruity esters and mild chocolate make for another very characterful beer. Thanks to the yeast and maltiness, it's full of flavor and well-balanced with great texture and dryness on the finish. Just enough roast with soft, lightly succulent base malt, as well. In a world full of bland "American ale" yeast, this brewer's beers are very refreshing.
