Experience the brilliance of IPA 29 Chroma Chromatic. This New England Double IPA (NEDIPA) is a vibrant, meticulously crafted brew aimed at elevating your hop experience to a whole new spectrum. At the heart of Chroma Chromatic are the unique HBC 1019 hops (still in the development phase but already showing their true colours). These proprietary hops infuse the brew with a kaleidoscope of tropical fruits, bright citrus, and delicate floral notes, creating a complex and captivating aroma profile.

As a perfect complement to the HBC 1019, we’ve blended generous amounts of Citra and Mosaic hops. The outcome? A mesmerizing symphony of flavours that paints your palate with a layered, hoppy experience. Each sip of Chroma Chromatic is a sensory journey, a dive into the vibrant hues of hop-driven bliss.

Can. Lightly hazy yellowish gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth light palate, semi dry, a good fine minerally carbonation. Light pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. A good broad spectrum hop fruitiness. HBC1019 insanity, not quite as dominant as you might expect, but a juicy rich pineapple nonetheless, very mild coconut. This seasons Citra is very good and tangerine and mandarin cut through the back end. Mild blueberry Mosaic on the back end. A rich and rewarding dipa with good and intense hop fruits. Mild hop spice lingers well into the aftertaste.

Can from the LCBO. Super cloudy pale orange with a large rocky white cap that fades slowly and leaves spotty lace. Nose is bright tropical fruit and citrus with some lavender, coconut and light grains. Light sweet malt base with some melon and berry support a medium pineapple and grapefruit bitterness. Mouth is medium and creamy with average carbonations and a floral finish.
