Doing that using only 3 barrels, gets a little tricky. After tasting a lot of barrels, here are the best/final 3.
Beastmaster aged 56 months in XM Schmeller.
Mega Devil's Teeth aged 49 months in 18yr Elias Butte
Modem Tones aged 48 months in Bovine Outline
So that's a wrap on my work over the last 9 years with MT & the League. Been a wild ride & it sucks it's coming to an end. I’m damn proud that through all of this, we were able to bring you undoubtedly some of the best Pastry Stouts you'll probably ever have.

Appearance - 9 | Aroma - 9 | Flavor - 9 | Texture - 9 | Overall - 8.5
On tap at Modern Times - Flavordome, pours black with a small brown head. Aroma is absurdly intense, with ridiculously complex and elegant bourbon barrels, light vanillin, oak, molasses, and dark sugars. Flavour is extremely rich, with intense bourbon, deep dark sugars, caramel, oak, vanilla, and booze. Wonderful depth, though maybe not actually at the level of refinement of some other MT stuff. Beauty.
Sweetish, heavy with barrel notes, some vanilla, hints of coconut, roastiness, cocoa, syrup and bourbon. Smooth, quite thicc body

Amazing American oak, vanilla and chcocolate notes. Taste has a lot of oak, dark fruits, moderately to highly sweet, some kind of porto notes and oxidation. Good one!
