Sweet, sticky and syrupy with some bourbon, roastiness, marshmallows, chocolate and cocoa. Super sweet and heavy.

Aroma is amazing - deep dark chocolate, vanilla, smores, and some American oak. Taste is along the same way, very sweet, lots of chocolate and American oak, sauce. One of the best pastry BBA IS I've had in San Diego and worldwide. Amazing!

Bomber at share. Inky black pour with a thin layer of tight brown foam. Aroma is roasty and sweet, molasses, chocolate and bourbon. Taste adds notes of vanilla, coffe and even a hint of graham cracker. Big, sweet, boozy, gooey dessert treat.

On tap at Modern Times - Lomaland, pours jet black with a dark brown bead. Aroma is complex, with tons of dark sugars, bourbon barrels, some waffle, and some roasted marshmallow. Flavour is surprisingly not too sweet given the adjuncts, with tons of bourbon, marshmallows, dark sugars and smoky waffle. Rich, elegant and well-balanced with the sugars kept in check. Lovely.
