Tap at source. Crystal clear pale yellow with a white head. Mild berry nose. Good co2 level up front. Some pepper. A little saison bitterness but not much. Easy going for a saison. Covers its alky content well. Quite civilized for a higher alky farmhouse. Nice job AG.

Yellow with a large foamy head that left good lacing. Yeasty, musty, herbal, earthy, phenolic and peppery. Long finish. Medium body.
