Cask, gravity, at The Queens Head, Sutton Bassett, Northants. This was one of the pubs on the excellent Welland Valley Beer Festival tour with ten pubs in total and about ~200 beers on offer, 11th June 2011 Pours warm gold with a filmy white head. This was fruity with a good bitterness, dry at end. Another solid and jolly decent effort from Vale however despite the interesting hop combination it doesn’t excite me as much as I would have liked.
