Pouring a luscious hazy orange, Ephemeral Vol. 6 bursts with tropical and citrus-laden aromatics derived from the copious Amarillo dry hop, as well the mango and passionfruit puree additions added post-fermentation. Minimal in bitterness yet maximal in flavor, Ephemeral Vol. 6 is also fermented warm with an ester-forward yeast, which adds its own unique stone fruit character. In other words, this beer is meant for summertime hophead enjoyment!
