A collaboration with our friends Prairie Artisan Ales. The name reflects the Prairie crew's obsession with the tots made at Bluejacket and ChurchKey! Homemade Tots is an IPA brewed with wheat + oats and double dry-hopped with vic secret, citra and simcoe. The beer shows vibrant notes of citrus, grapefruit & pineapple, with a touch of pine.

On tap at the brewery, pours a very hazy orange with some fluffy, lacing white head. Nose is nice, tangerine, mango, papaya, grass, perfume, some starchy notes. Flavor follows, light candy/malt note, then orange and tangerine, mango and papaya, light cantaloupe. Finishes creamy, lightly bitter, MAYBE a little papery. Everyone is doing it, why not Bluejacket?

Nicely done like mid rare. Passionfruit and guava. Hazy orange pour with good head and lacing. Bitter and piny finish. Tap at Churchkey. Juicy.
