Bottle. Not very good. Very cloudy with a pale golden color. Nice foamy head with alot of lace. Aroma very weak funk. Tasted like a watery wheat beer with a slight bitter honey after taste.

On tap at the Sante Fé location. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of sweet wheat and grass with a bit of cookie underlying. Flavor has a nice combination of sweet wheat and dry honey.

12oz bottle pours with a slightly opaque papery gold body that supports a thin bright white head. The aroma offers up sweet sugary malts, a light banana note, a honey apple estery sweetness and a faint whiff of black pepper. The taste starts sweet with a mixture of sweet ripe granny smith apples and pear notes and then moves into a sugary wheat sweetness and a mild fruity maybe somewhat floral hoppy tartness. I’m not sure this is working for me. Another sip and yes, not working.

At the brewpub in Santa fe on draft very cloudy yellow with a slight head floral aroma and some hint of honey sweetness. Tastes strong bitter with some overtones of wheat. It remains long on the palate.
