A lightly hazed blonde mead with aroma of mint, honey, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity honey with mint, spices, alcohol warmth, nice. In mouth, a nice honey with mint, cinnamon, alcohol warmth, very nice.

Ginger, honey, lemon aroma. Opaque orange, silt at the bottom of the bottle. Strong ginger, thyme, slightly medicinal. Light body, prickly.

$13.49 wax sealed 2017 bottle from Wine Warehouse, batch #1/402. Sampling slightly chilled. Pours murky gold with no head no carbonation. Aroma is fresh ginger, honey, other spice. Flavor is fresh ginger, Christmas potpourri berries, honey, dried flowers. Alcohol is present but not overwhelming.
