Our newest and extremely limited Blonde Sour, 24 Steps, opens up with a huge dose of farmhouse funk from our house cultures, continuing with citrus tartness before it finishes on a dry note with a lingering taste of lemony bitterness.

Bottle thanks to Jarrod. Pours a hazy gold with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is oak, sour fruit, funk. Thin body, apple skin, lemon, oak, nice tartness, light acidity, nice balance, enjoyed this.

Deep golden slightly hazy nose. Funk, oak, citrus, barnyard nose. Tart mouth, with good citrus, barnyard, oak character. Nice oak, citrus and barnyard finish. Fairly juicy and itβs hard to believe there is no fruit in there. Great stuff.

Thanks Justin for sharing the bottle! Poured into a tumbler showing moderately filtered pale gold with half a finger of clean white foam. The nose shows moderately intense notes of brett and dried tart apricot. The palate is medium bodied and well carbonated. Moderately tart with moderately intense citrus, meyer lemon, and very subtle brett.
