Malty and black, this brew is slightly sweet with spicy notes, a fruity Belgian yeast character, and flavors of dark fruit, plum and raisin. While they may not make stouts in Belgium, they do make chocolate ... so we brought cocoa nibs to the party to lend an earthy, bittersweet chocolate taste to this rich, full-bodied beer!
