A combination of Maris Otter pale malt and fine wheat malt, give this refreshing beer real zest. Add refreshing Yakima Galena and Cascade hops and what you get is a fantastic wheat beer that will hole any passing thirst.

Bottle from Turbary Woods Garden centre. Appearance - golden amber with a nice fluffy head. Nose - initial butterscotch note that is worrying. Then cleaner notes of lemon pith and oatmeal. Taste - more lemon barley water. Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - definitely loaded in the correct style. Not an American Pale Ale as the bottle claims.

50 cl bottle @ home, BBE 28.11.2014
Aroma is hoppy with toffee and some grapefruit. Flavour has English hops, toffee, some grapefruit and grassy hops. Also some buttery tones occur in the middle of the glass. Decent and easy to forget.

500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Better on cask. 2 off for aroma, no discernible hops. Cask at The Cluny. Hazy golden yellow, thin white head. Fruity malt aromas, light grapefruit hops. Mostly malt sweetness on the taste, and a little thin. OK.

Cask @ White Star, Stoke. Straw with perfect compact white head. Aroma sweet and citrusy like lemon meringue pie. A smooth bitter citrus hit in the taste. Remains fairly constant throughout taste profile. All in all a bit like Steerage, only stronger and smoother.
