This is the third release in the Pilot IPA Series. This IPA is dry-hopped with Galaxy hops creating tropical fruit notes and with natural hop oils which gives it an apricot, peach and stone fruit profile.

12 ounce bottle from Arrow Wine Kettering. Hazy orange, large foamy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of tropical fruit, melon, caramel malt. Taste is melon, candied lemon. Huge melon notes... I think I can taste cantaloupe! Caramel malt. Mild lingering bitterness. Solid.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a dark amber color with a medium sized creamy white head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was sweetish, tangy and fruity with a light herbal note. The flavor was bitterish yet sweet with sugar, perfume and fruity hops. Long finish. Medium body.
