Can. Deep, dark brown in color with a two finger tan head. There was notes of pecan but it mainly was roasted grains and chocolate.

16 oz. can purchased in St. Pete, FL. Pours a pitch black color with a small tan head and decent retention. Small spots of lacing. Dark boozy imperial aroma. Dark roasted bitter chocolate base beer and not much else. I don't taste any pecans or vanilla or maple as suggested by the label. Full mouthfeel. Pretty smooth for 8.5% ABV, but you know it's there. Good, but I was hoping for more.
