For the second in our series of hoppy-fruited-sours (following Atomic Apricot) we opted for Mango! Mixed fermented with Lactobacillus and a strain known for big stonefruit aromatics. We added 1.5 lbs per gallon of mango puree, then dry hopped with 2.2 lbs/bbl of Simcoe to reinforce the mango and Amarillo to boost the stonefruit notes.
