We took the base recipe for one of our favorite beers, Citra Splendor, and tried out a new single hop recipe with Comet as the celestial star. Comet combines a resiny dankness with a bright citrus aroma. A fluffy white head tops this hazy gold brew. Prepare your tastebuds for notes of grapefruit, slight grassiness, and old school earthy bitterness.

16oz can pours a very pulpy pineapple juice color. White head faded fast. Nose has pineapple, paper, very green melon, green papaya. Flavor has pineapple and orange, musk melon, honey. Finishes almost full bodied. Creamy. 8 3 8 3 14

Nice balance. Mango, green onion, some other tropical fruit. Green hop tang finish. Murky orange pour with good head and lacing. Tap at Snally.
