Bottle at Osteria La Taverna Righi, San Marino. Pours cloudy golden orange with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of wheat, yeast, caramel, citrus and light floral spicy notes. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness, very slightly salty. Light body, slight oily texture, average carbonation.

Bottle @ Ristorante Righi, San Marino. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are wheat malt, yeast, fruits, hops and has a sweet finish.

From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours pale gold worth very fine white foam. Aroma is delicate of orange peel and citrus, plus esters. Body is tendentially light, with a bit of tanginess. Taste is moderately sweet, fresh and with a short finish.

Il gusto al naso riconosce orzo, frumento e speziato. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma ha una discreta resistenza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. L'aspetto del liquido è opalescente. Le bollicine sono fini. La carbonazione è abbondante, persistente ed insistita. Il colore è giallo ambrato torbido. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è medio. L'intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Il finale è lungo e pulito. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. L'aroma in bocca riporta sentori di miele, frumento, cereali e frutta secca.

Bottled@The 1st Vaasa CS/ES beer session (thanks MMM!). Slightly hazy pale golden colour a small white foamy head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is a bit spicy, some wheat as well as bready malts. Also some yeastyness is there. Flavour is wheat, some slight wooden notes, mild tartness as well as some bready and spicy notes. Quite balanced, but a bit thin palate.

Bottle 750ml.Light unclear medium yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light malty, light yeasty,moderate pepper. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, peppery. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20091130]

Cloudy blond color. Delicate, nice aroma: Malt, cookies, lemon, spices (black pepper). Medium body strength; not much malt flavor, but at least there is some interesting spice side (black pepper again) and lemon; the final is a bit too short. Interesting.
