On tap @ ChiareScure Festival, Milano 2019. Arco olfattivo dominato dal fruttato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è felpato, secco e pulito. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di caramello, miele, liquirizia, frutta secca e frutta passita.

Tap at So Good! in Rome-Italy. Clear dark golden pour with a low white foam. Nose: hay somehow, bubblegum, honey and hint of mint. Mouth: certainly clean although the esters and bubblegum are too much strong. Mh

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma fine bianca media persistenza, color ambrato velato, al naso lievito frutta matura banana, in bocca malto frutta candita banana spezie, corpo rotondo, oily, carbonazione piatta, astringente, dolce, amaro moderato. L'avrei preferita un po' più carbonata. 03.03.18

Tap@Il Locale, Copenhagen (12/12/2016) - medium hazy golden amber coloured pour with white head. Aroma and taste comprises bready malts, some herbal and floral nuances, some spice into the close.
