Low-fermented dark black beer.

The olfactory sensations remind of panna cotta, coffee and dark chocolate.

The mouthfeel is full-bodied, rounded, with a strong hint of oat enhancing the body.

The finish is slightly bitter, due to toasted malts.

Bottled. A deep red beer with a thin brown head. The aroma has notes of chocolate, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of vegetables, roasted malt, burnt bread, and wood, leading to a dry vegetable finish.

Bottle. Lactic roasted nose. Dark opaque brown, low brown cappucino nose. Roast, C&C base, light body, light herbs. Medium to light body, slightly sticky. Coffeeground retronasal. The longer I drink this the more I get the impression of a espresso refuse chute dissolved in water.

Bottle, 6.5%. Caramelly aroma, some roasted coffee, a little sweetness. Almost black colour, seems a little cloudy. Very small light brown head. The flavour is slightly sweet and creamy. It has a little cardboard, but is OK.
