Our Kölsch is a Crisp, sparkling, and slightly fruity beer. The hops in this beer accentuate these flavors and provide balance to the malt. As such, Kölsch has very little bitterness. This beer style pairs best with bratwurst, nutty cheeses, and even lighter desserts like apricot cake.
