Fairly crisp copper and bronze coloured body with a thinnish off-white head that fades quickly. Aroma of bread, light grainy malts, some subdued brine and salt notes with a super small lime scent and nothing of watermelon at all. Light-bodied; Strong malty and grainy flavours dominate with not much else aside from some moderate fruit notes from the limes with no sweetness at all or any tartness really, just the malts come through without any bitterness, either. Aftertaste makes this taste way more of an ale than a lager here, with a crisp bite of malts and no real fruits, no sugars and no pungency at all. Overall, a pretty poor beer overall, even for the warm days of summer, this isn't really worth drinking or especially trying to find, given how many better beers there are for the summertime to quench your thirst. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Wegman's [grocery] in Alexandria, Virginia on 16-December-2021 for US$1,99 (part of a mixed six pack) sampled on the streets of Savannah, Georgia on 29-December-2021 with my family.
