Bottle shared at the brewery during the Bamberg Jolly of January 2014. Pours perfectly clear yellow-gold with a white froth crown. Tasty, sweet but not cloying, with pleasant lime character, some Mountain Dew aspect. Light bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish, lightly sticky, with more lemon-lime character. Good radler, nicely balanced overall. Sincere.

Day 2 of the post Xmas Bamberg Jolly, bottle at the brewery tap - Erlangen, 25/01/14. Clear pale golden with a moderate white head. Nose is citrus fruit, pale malts, grass, straw. Taste comprises lemon sherbet, grassy notes, light cereal. Light bodiment, spritzy carbonation, crisp closure. A ’Sincere’ radler (to quote LKS), no real artifical overly sweet notes in this one!
