Bottle: Golden, clear, fluffy medium-sized head; sweetish-bisquity nose with a good dash of "woody" hops and a tinge of alcohol; moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied; moderate to robust sweet-bitter finish with distinctive hops and pale malt; lingering bitterness in the aftertaste. Well balanced, good Bock.....

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a thick and lacing foamy white head. Sweet malty aroma with notes of biscuits, herbal hops and alcohol. Sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a soft carbonation.Pale malt-character with biscuits and a tinge of cara-malt, accompanied by herbal hops; sweet malty and hop bitter finish with notes of alcohol. Drinkable but lacks the perfect balance. 17.XI.09
