Unser Starkbier.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass golden, small head. Sweet and soapy aroma. Starts a bit metallically, quite hoppy and dry, a bit moldy, flat finish, malty-dy. Should be more spicy. Tastes not really like a bock, more like a strong pilsener.

Bottle, 7.0%. Green apple aroma. Clear golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is faintly bready with a nice alcohol level. A little chalk. Not so flavourful, especially considering the ABV, but OK.

Bottle: Golden, clear, fluffy medium-sized head; sweetish-bisquity nose with a good dash of "woody" hops and a tinge of alcohol; moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied; moderate to robust sweet-bitter finish with distinctive hops and pale malt; lingering bitterness in the aftertaste. Well balanced, good Bock.....
