Bottle. Clear chestnut copper. Apple malt damp fruity metallic. Full, light, soft, chewy, but there is an odd edge to it, right at the end. Not undrinkable. Good beer. Good. Just saw a mouse travelling on the subway. Switched from right to left side, depending on where the door opened. We discussed if mouse can want will jump out of the door, but mouse didn't. Needs further research.

Bottle from Bier aus Franken. Light hazy amber to copper, offwhite cream. Juicy malt aromatic, medium body dry, caramel fruit,, a hint gummy bears, flowery hops, herbal bitterness, well balanced, very easy drink.
Honey, sweet, banana and malty. Caramelly and smooth

Bottle from Great Grog. Clear amber body with an off-white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of caramel and rust. Flavour of toffee and raisin. Medium body with a chewy mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Sweet and tangy.

Reddish amber with a frothy, white head of modest duration. Faint caramel and molasses aroma aroma over wet rocks, dank and earthy. Taste is mildly bitter the whole way through, despite an underlying caramel sweetness. Medium-bodied, mild carbonation. Decent.
