50cl bottle pours a clear gold with a ring of white head. Nose has pear, some spruce, neutral barrel, dandelion. Flavor has honey and pear, buttery Chardonnay. Medium high acid.

Apricot and some green plum. Nice balance. Golden pour with decent head. Light tangy finish. Bottle.

Bottle at the June DC rate beer tasting. Poured a clear yellow color with a hint of orange and a small, wispy off-white head. Aroma was really funky woody notes. Some light acid, and wine. Sweet fruits. Tasty.
