Tasting at Papsø’s
Cloudy deep blond color. Dusty and spicy mild aroma. The flavor, poor of malt, shows an expected vegetables presence. Correct bitterness. Flawed.

Botle 50 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours a cloudy and opaque amber with a completely absent head. Fruity, spicy nose. Medium body, caramel and fruits with some spices - perhaps a whiff of ginger. Dry and astringent finish. 110110
