Appearance: Dark amber, clear. Some fizzy off-white head. Aroma: Pretty fruity, then malt Taste: Dark fruit and good amount of malt. Quite nice. Info: 330ml bottle, 24/11-2012, BB: 11/2012

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dagan’s place. Thanks Dagan. 5%. Clear amber color. Aroma of malt, caramel and fruits. Sweetish flavor with caramel, some fruits and light spiciness. Light-medium-bodied.

Bottle 330ml.Hazy medium to dark grey yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty - leater, moderate yeasty, fruity - orange notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100111]

Hazy orange with a tiny white head. Spicy aroma with toasted malt, caramel and fruity notes. Spicy flavour with toasted malt, carame and oranges. Finished spicy.

Tasting at Papsø’s
Cloudy deep blond color. Dusty and spicy mild aroma. The flavor, poor of malt, shows an expected vegetables presence. Correct bitterness. Flawed.

Bottled. A hazy red beer with a cream colored head. The aroma has notes of fruits and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and some straw, leading to a bitter finish.

50 cL bottle, courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours cloudy orange with a fully gone head. Aroma is fruity, mild phenolic and with a sweet impression. Smooth fruity, light yeasty and citrusy note. Smooth citric and fruity finish.

Botle 50 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours a cloudy and opaque amber with a completely absent head. Fruity, spicy nose. Medium body, caramel and fruits with some spices - perhaps a whiff of ginger. Dry and astringent finish. 110110
