Une bière franche et typée au nez épicé, ronde et persistante embouche, à la mousse veloutée, abondante et fine. Une amertume agréable et une belle couleur d’or soutenu. Filtrée, non pasteurisée, pur malt.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks Dagan. Clear golden. Grainy aroma with some corny, buttery and fruity notes. Sweetish grainy flavor with a bit of butter, fruity notes and a drier finish. Light-bodied. Not good.

Small coarseish white head. Hazy yellow body with light carbonation. Oily fruity malty aroma with spicy notes. Dry-sweetish honey and spice taste with chalky mango notes. Light body. Mealy mouthfeel. Dry fruity mango and papery toffee aftertaste with chalky grassy notes. Papery toffee taste lingers. Nice. Very clear and vivid. Refreshing, too. (0.33l bottle from some drinks shop, Strasbourg.)

Tasting at Papsø’s
Muddy blond color. Light aroma, with yeast, vegetables, mushrooms, spices. Dry mouthfeel, the flavor is a bit spicy. A mild Tripel, or a poor Weizen.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a lazing orangey. The aroma has notes of straw malt, and citrus. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and some hops, leading to a bitter finish.
