Old rating - Finally getting my hands on a replacement bottle for the one I broke 2 years ago. Brought on a recent trip to Brittany, France. A reasonable Witbier.

33cl bottle from Super U Supermarket in Quiberon, France. F: medium, white, almost good retention. C: gold, hazy. A: malty, citrus, coriander, banana, spicy, yeasty touch, bit caramel. T: light malty base, wheat, banana, bit spicy, medium to high carbonation, more on the sweet side, drinkable.

Bottled at La Fine Mousse, Paris. Cloudy deep golden, faint head. Aroma of unripe tangerines. Tart and slender with underlying malt sweetness. Refreshing with some lactic acidity and plenty of tangerine. Low bitterness.

Murky dark yellow with minimal head. Smells of bread, caramel, alcohol. Taste is very heavy barley, strong and firm, with a mildly dry finish. Some sweetness, not bad.

Bottle 330ml.Unclear light to medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light malty, light hoppy, lime, light moderate yeasty, spicy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20100111]

Cloudy yellow with a tiny white short lasting head. Sweet yeasty aroma with wheat notes. Flavour was sweet and yeasty with wheat and fruity notes.

Tasting at Papsø’s
Cloudy blond color. Light aroma, a bit spicy. Dry mouthfeel, some wheat, spices, but rather forgettable overall.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with thin white head. The aroma has notes of malt and fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, fruits, and some spices, leading to a dry wheaty finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a fully gone head. Mild yeasty phenolic and spiced aroma. Smooth fruity and light malty flavoured with a distinct yeast presence. Fruity yeasty finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy golden with an off-white head. Tart, citrusy nose. Medium body, very sweet fruit and a soft mouthfeel. Absolutely no bitterness. 110110
