We were the first company to nitrogenate beer (our iconic Draught Stout in 1959) but we didn’t stop with the one style. We’ve brought the velvety texture of nitrogenation to our bold and complex barrel-aged stout, resulting in a decadent drink with notes of dark chocolate and marshmallow. The nine months in bourbon barrels imparts vanilla sweetness with hints of oak, and the warmth of the bourbon is smoothed out by tiny nitrogen bubbles. A true combination of Irish heritage and American brewing creativity.
