IPA DDH with Mosaic® and Simcoe® Cryo®
Cheater Hops #13: Simcoe-Mosaic was one of our favorite batches of our rotating IPA. Since then we've hopped other IPAs with Simcoe and Mosaic... but always with a chaperone: Citra, Strata, Motueka etc. Finally we gave them an evening to themselves! They balance beautifully with hoppy notes of mango, tropical fruit, pine, and berries.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8
16 oz can. Dated 04/01/25. Aroma is soft apricot and very mild herb. Flavor is soft passionfruit with light apricot. Maybe soft tangerine. The herb aspect is very low and shows very mild Pine needles. This expression of Simcoe is very fruit forward. Nice.

Hazy golden body medium foamy white head. Floral resiny citrus aroma. Citrus resiny fruity flavor. Medium body moderate carbonation. 8/2/8/4/15 3.7
