Pale Ale DDH with Nectaron®
This hazy pale ale started as Rings of Light on brew day... but then we flipped the hops upside-down! We selected Nectaron hops from the 42nd parallel south latitude instead of Citra from the 42nd parallel north! Nectaron has brings the expected bright citrusy and dank aromatics, but with that unique tropical note that we love in so many hops grown in New Zealand!
