Almost two years in the making; the next chapter or our Orchard Series spent fourteen months fermenting in our beloved foeder and another six months conditioning on apricots. Volume three presents a wonderful nose of oak and apricot. One sip brings light acidity followed by balanced oak and a dry finish. We recommend enjoying Orchard Series Volume three fresh or cellaring for future enjoyment.
