"Modern" West Coast DIPA DDH Strata and Chinook
West Coast brewers were the undisputed kings of hoppy beers... 20 years ago. You didn't expect them to take the rise of New England laying down? We borrowed a couple secret techniques from our friends on the other side of the country. Finally we dry hopped with fruity-dank strata and dank-fruity Chinook for a classic aroma (along with some tropical notes)!
