Bottle 33 cl. Clear golden with a smallish white head. Head is pure malt with some flowery hops. Solid body, good and sweetish malt base. Unfortunately the hops in the finish are rather crude and unrefined making this a bit rough. 081209

Draft. An unclear reddish beer with a lazing thin beige head. The aroma has notes of citrus, over ripe fruit, and herbs. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrusy hops, fruits, over ripe fruits, and a bit acidic, leading to a dry finish.

Tap
Cloudy amber, off-white lacing head. Bready yeasty aroma, honeyish malty, a hint diacetyl. Quite fruity, minerally yeasty , berrylike - the house-yeast taste. Good firm body, round sparkly mouthfeel. Herbal edge on finish, yeasty minerally aftertaste. A excellent new beer from the new head brewmaster - the daughter of the house.
