(tap at the brewpub) Slightly hazy, deep golden colour with a short and slightly off-white foamy head. Sweetish biscuit malt aroma Sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with an almost tame carbonation. Sweet, even a bit sugary malty base with biscuit notes; sweet malt accented finish with a very restrained level of hoppy bitterness. Too sweet and quite one-dimensional. 09.XI.12

Cloudy light amber color; compact head. Nice aroma, sweet, with delicate fruits, candies, light banana, interesting. Smooth mouthfeel; the flavor is a bit sweet, some malt, some wheat, candies and light banana. The bitterness level is not very high. Balanced. A Weizenbock?
