Frisch malziger, später etwas bitterer Antrunk. Dabei wird das Mal kaum aber immerhin etwas stärker, es bleib der Herbe unterstellt. Süffig, nicht wirklich aromatisch. Röstiger zum Ende, gleichzeitig trocken. OK. 9/8/9/8//8

Draught at the brewpub: Murky-brown, quite stable off-white head with a little lace; sweetish-caramelly nose with a distinctive roast-malty touch and a subtle fruity background; light to moderate sweetish flavour, light to medium bodied, relatively soft; short sweetish dark-malty finish. O.K., but not very moreish........

Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, roaberry sour, lacto, light roasted malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. Cloudy dark amber with a medium beige head. Aroma had hints of roasted malt and caramel. Flavour had lacto, roasted malt, caramel and lemons. Finished sour.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thick tan head. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, malt, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, citrus, and straw, as well as an off flavor. Thanks yespr for sharing.

50 cL bottle, courtesy of Roman, as 3. edition limitiert. Pours cloudy dark brown with a small off-white head. Light caramelish and roasted. Mild citric and dark malty, light roasted. Caramelish and mild citric flavoured. citric and dark malty finish.
