Bottle from Systembolaget, e-order in December 2015. Clear dark brown with a large slightly tan head. Aroma of light roasted malt, toffee and some hints of spices. Similar taste. Low bitterness and with a medium carbonation. An ok one, no infection in my bottle.

Orangebrun klar med fingerhøyt beige skum. Lukter brunt sukker, brent karamell og røde bær. Lett bærfruktig, noe karamell. Svært lett bitterhet. Kort.

Sourmash, nutty and frity aroma. Cloudy amber, low creamy tanned head. Nutty hayish base. Lightbodied. Not too interresting.

(Bottle 100 cl) Dark mahogany, beautiful tall head, quite light body - surprisingly for such a dark beer. Ysta doesn’t normally filter their beers but this one clearly is. Easy to drink in large quantities and actually quite refreshing for a Christmas beer. 251204

A hazy red beer with a disappearing orange head. The aroma is sweet with notes of yeast and berries. The flavor is mainly sour - has it turned bad? it was 2 months over the best before date. But the thin body has not come from too long cellaring.
