Slottskällans Bryggeri bryggde sitt första öl i maj 1998.

Slottskällans Decennium have a beautiful red-brown colour and caramel sweet round taste. The beer have an aroma of roasted almonds and figs. The aromas linger for a long time, elevated by the warming alcohol and the taste is finished with a spicy bitterness.

Nice reddish color. The foam is great but disappears fairly quickly. The aroma is sweet with hints of raisins and caramel. Sweet taste, not the best bock out there.

Bottle. Thanks to AndersAnd. Pours clear amber with a small white head. Nose is sweet and strong of both fruits, caramel, alcohol and peachy hops. Medium bodied. Sweet taste with raisin, sugar, alcohol and hops in the end. OK

Very fine & dense, huge light-yellowish head, collapsing over orange-amber beer; Sweetish nose, and quite alcoholic; cookies & caramel, light-coloured malts, parsley. Very oxydated malts?! Beer is, however, well inside the given BBdate. Oxydation verges on teh metallic, iron. Generally sweet, glazed cookes, nutty. Slick, some alcoholburn. Not very well-bodied. Seems prematurely oxydized, not sure how or why. Thanks to Jens Duvel!
