Dark color, between dark amber and brown; small sized head. It has a mild aroma of caramel, paper and bark. Smooth mouthfeel; the body is correctly structured; pleasant caramel flavor, but without the elegance and strength of German beers; light smoke trace; the final shows a bit more of dark caramel. Pleasant, balanced, smooth, but not exciting.
