IPA DDH with Motueka
New Zealand-grown Motueka is too often in the shadow of Nelson Sauvin. We enjoyed Cheater Hops #14: Motueka so much that we double-ized the recipe to Create Much and MKore. But now we're looking for something more balanced. How can you get more for less? We backed down the alcohol and then dry hipped it with 100% Freestyle Motueka.... the best Motueka! It provides those huge notes of passionfruit and lime zest we love in a beer we'll have several of over the holidays!

Murky white orange body medium foamy white head. Big fruity citrus aroma. Citrus fruity floral flavor. Medium light body moderate carbonation. 8/2/9/4/17 4.0
